Far Cry 3: Robotic, Repetitive & Irrelevant Ubisoft Support Responses
In response to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90Rgb-... This is just one example of a thread of responses from Ubisoft Support after I had reported an issue with invisible fires on FC3 Multiplayer. I recorded a video of the issue and provided that to Ubisoft Support in the ticket I raised yet I have been sent a number of irrelevant responses from a member of the Support team, demonstrating they have not acknowledged the link I provided. I received 3 very similar responses back from them and neither one addresses the fact I have told them I already provided a link to the video. I don't know whether there is a language barrier but on top of other poor responses for other issues I've reported, I have a very poor perception of Ubisoft Support and I have no longer trust or have confidence in Ubisoft as a company. The FC3 Multiplayer has opened my eyes to Ubisoft's lack of considered support and very poor communication with the FC3 community as a whole. Music is by B.o.B Presents - The Adventures of Bobby Ray. Track is called "Don't Let Me Fall" I do not own the rights to the music but I bought the CD!!!
