2003 Mercedes SL500 - Gets a deep clean

This car is a clean example but it does show a few signs of its age. Last week I valeted a Range Rover Sport for the same customer and was asked to return and freshen up this Mercedes SL. Actually quite clean in and out, it just needed a freshen up valet (not a full detail) to make it more presentable. So, wheel surfaces (not inners) were cleaned and polished, wheel arches blasted, door shuts cleaned, bodywork washed down with my snow foam lance, washed and then polished using Autoglym Super Resin Polish after drying with a towel, and the exhaust tips were polished. As it was a very warm day with temperatures in the mid 20s Centigrade, I had to mindful of the fact the panels were getting very warm very quickly, so I had to “section” the car area by area when applying product and polishing. The interior and boot area were vacuumed, wiped and dressed, and the leather cleaned with Autoglym Leather Cleaner. A full detail would doubtless improve further as there were areas of the car inside and out which would benefit from further investment of time, but the customer was happy with the result and that’s what matters. Feel free to comment and please consider giving the video a thumbs up, plus share and subscribe to my channel. Other videos like this to follow. Thanks for watching.
