Layers of Fear 2 - You can't Handle the Truth Trophy / Achievement

You will need to have collected the mysterious item in Act 2 which is a piece of paper so that you can go for this trophy / achievement. Once you've gotten it you will need to be at your cabin and go upstairs. If you read the paper it will show in the top right hand corner that you will need to stair out between the water and sky for 42s. So go to the telescope and stair out until you see a counch shell pop out of the water. Collect it and go back to your mysterious items. For the next part you will have needed to collect 1 of the other 4 mysterious items. Once you have one of the other mysterious items attache the counch shell to it and you will start hearing a playback which will net you this trophy / achievement.
