Building a Better Working World - My Lessons from Business Consulting Petra Cihlarova
7th International Conference on Gross National Happiness: “GNH of Business”, 7 -9 November 2017 Biographical Profile of Petra Cihlarova Petra Cihlarova is a project manager, a business consultant, an interim HR manager, a coach and a lecturer with more than 13 years of experience in working for international and Czech companies, large and medium size, in different industries. She has participated in a number of transformational projects - including implementation of project management approach and business processes optimization, mainly in the field of human resources – a new organizational structure, definition of a new motivation system and individual coaching. She has managed teams up to 20 people. Currently, she is a senior consultant in EY responsible for internal communication within the team, new employee on-boarding and harmonization of the team spirit. On the client side, she delivers mainly managerial training sessions focused on personal development and individual coaching. She coordinates CSR activity focused on support of women’s start-ups (www.hodinasey.cz).
