P4i65GV Asrock 478 AGI mode not AGP featuring the radeon 9700 Pro 128mb part 2
P4i65GV Asrock 478 in AGI mode. We finally discover what AGI is and isn't and it didn't end in a mushroom cloud after all. It worked and it worked well. No crashing or rebooting the system due to using an 80+ certified psu. If anyone knows how to make an older Athlon xp boot with an 80+ psu please let me know below in the comments. I have not been able too since these boards draw all power from the 20 pin power connector. I don't currently own a socket A board with the 4 pin cpu connector. The ones I do own however flat out refuse to even power up with an 80+ modern psu. Lights come on fans spin but nobody's home type of thing.
