The Pole Vault - Time To Commit
When I started my challenge there were 4 events that filled me with fear : horse riding ; gymnastics ; the high dive ; and the pole vault. I'm slowly working my way through them and, last Wednesday, it was time for the pole vault. Here is the footage of my pole vault training session. I managed to (kind of) master it in the end!
