Case Study, Mercedes Benz W203 C220 CDI P2364DTC Troubleshooting Part 2

Mercedes benz w203 C220 CDI towed to our garage with none running engine after vsiol inspection we scanned the car and retrieved P2364-2 DTC, then we checked the CAN signal and activity by labscope, there was no any signal activity on the bus line both, can high and can low signals line were flat at 0 V . We then checked power and ground to ECM all power and ground to the ECU were serviceable, so we suspected the ECM internally faulty and defective or the ECM may need re adaptation or recoding. up to the video uploading date rhe vehicle is still in our garage compound customer has not taken further decision yet, or we may try an adaptation in the very near future.Today we tried ECU programming with OEM level star diagnostic tool, but unfortunately the ECU didn't communicate with scanner properly to download data from the ECU.
