Crealty3d.shop and crealty3dshop.eu are NOT scam websites
I ordered an Ender 3 DIY kit from crealty3dshop.eu on the 6th of May. I paid for the printer via my debit card. Today I finally received the package (it is the 19th of June). After I purchased the printer, I came accross a bunch of Reddit posts, claiming that these 2 websites were some chinese scam shops, so I went ahead and wrote to the support email of crealty3dshop.eu. The response came from service@creality3d.shop. Turns out they own both domains, and reply to the same emails. Apparently the .eu website simply delivers goods from an EU warehouse. I also contacted the official Crealty support email (service@crealty3d.cn), asking them if they knew whether the .shop is an official distributor of their merchandise, and I received the following reply: "Dear customer, Please pay attention, .com not the same .shop https://www.creality3dofficial.com/ This is creality official factory direct store, and respond quickly :) In order you can get the best sale after technical support, we suggest you order from the official store, or you only can get the support to form the reseller." Apparently crealty3d.shop and crealty3dshop.eu are essentialy the same store, and are some sort of an unofficial reseller of Crealty's 3D printers. Anyway, a few weeks after the email, I got a DHL tracking number, which worked on the DHL website, and I got this package today. It contains the Ender 3 DIY kit which I ordered, and everything appears to be in order. I have not assembled it yet. I will post an update video after assembly. Bottom line: they don't seem to be "scam" shops at all. Just a generic chinese reseller. They do respond on their support email, and my debit card still hasn't been robbed by chinese hackers. If you've purchased from them, be patient - your printer will arrive eventually.
