How to make princess Elsa from balloon
This time round we are going to make princess Elsa from Frozen movie. Material that are needed are: - scrap of 360 peach blush for the face. - 2 piece of 260 yellow for the hair. - 2 piece of 260 blue for the gown. - 1 piece of 160 peach blush for arm. - 1 piece of 160 fuchsia for flower. - scrap 160 yellow for middle of flower - scrap 160/260 balloon that have same colour with either face or hair. The brand of balloon that I used are Sempertex. However, if you have other favourite brand, feel free to use your favourite brand. Hope you enjoy the tutorial. Happy trying !!!
