TITAN PMR Kiosk - enhanced pharmacy customer experience
Have you ever wanted a have a better customer experience in your pharmacy? TITAN’s new high-tech kiosk aims to bring efficiencies to pharmacy and an improved customer experience. Customers either receive a text from their pharmacy with a barcode to scan or they can type in their details into the kiosk. From there it shows the patient their prescription/s, with a real-time exemption review from the BSA and told whether they need to pay or not. As a final step it produces a ticket which shows up on a screen above the kiosk, letting the patient know what order their prescription is in. This gives pharmacist’s more time to answer important clinical questions and provide more clinical service, while at the same time improving customer service. The patient will no longer have to wonder when their prescription is going to be ready, they can now watch it on a screen.
