This is one of the workshops at the two-day annual WCM (Wisconsin Community Media) Conference, held at Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The topic for this episode is "Apps you Should Know About," useful programs for producing and distributing video shows, especially for PEG TV channels and associated media. Sevastopol TV recorded about half of the dozen or so WCM seminars. Each presentation was focused on community media; how to best present local events to the greatest audience. Traditionally, that is, the last half century, cable TV was the medium, but others have augmented and some replaced that venue with primarily Internet sources.
